Worry free Christmas shopping with extended returns up to Tuesday 10th January for a no hassle refund. Returns are still free, with a free returns postage label included with every order.

We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new watch, please complete the following returns checklist in order to qualify for free returns. Please note that we will only refund items that qualify against the terms set out below.

All security tags and labels are in place and haven’t at any point been removed from the watch.

The watch is free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that would prohibit it from being offering for sale as new.

All Instructions, guarantees, presentation packaging, and etc are unblemished and included with the watch

Returns Periods

Any items purchased at our normal full retail price may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please return faulty goods as soon you become aware of the fault.

Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days.

Please note that we cannot refund returned items unless all elements on the Returns Checklist are confirmed.

Re-sized bracelets

If we re-sized your watch bracelet before sending it to you, please send the included links back along with your watch. Please note that we cannot accept returned watches that have been re-sized by other parties.
