DELIVERY OPTIONS

Once you’ve found that special watch, we’ll do our best to get it safely to you as fast as possible. We use Royal Mail to ensure a speedy, efficient and in most cases trackable delivery, and as we believe that online shopping should be convenient, we offer the following simple delivery options:

All of our delivery options use a Royal Mail signed for service. If you are not in at the time of delivery, the Royal Mail will leave a card with details for arranging a re-delivery or collection at your nearest sorting office.

Please note, collections and deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. Please allow additional time, if ordering on or near public holidays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

UK: We deliver to all areas of the UK including Northern Ireland and all off-shore islands.*

EU and further afield: Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the UK. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please keep an eye on our website for delivery updates.

* We use Royal Mail special delivery in most cases – for Islands and the far North please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.  For detailed delivery times to specific regions see the Royal Mail website

EXCEPTIONS

We will happily adjust your watch bracelet to fit – see bracelet re-sizing. If you wish to request this FREE service, but please allow an extra day for delivery.

FREE RETURNS

We very much hope that you won’t be disappointed by your purchase, but sometimes things just don’t work out. In the rare event that you’re not absolutely in love with your new watch, please complete the returns checklist to qualify for free returns.
