Free watch bracelet adjustment

We can adjust your watch before it’s sent so that it fits straight out of the box. If your watch has a linked metal bracelet, we can ensure that it fits first time:

• Measure your wrist with a piece of string (or a measuring tape if you have one) at the point where you’d normally wear your watch.
• Email your wrist measurement in mm along with your order number to contact@time2.co.uk – we’ll then adjust the number of links to the nearest fit.
• Please note that it may take an additional day to deliver orders where adjustment is required, in exceptional circumstances we may have to send the watch to the manufacturer – in such an event we’ll contact your first before proceeding.
• Please note, only watches adjusted by TIME² are eligible under our refund policy

We will try to ensure the best fit for your watch. Very occasionally, further adjustment may be required. As this is a free service, we unfortunately cannot provide compensation for any additional costs associated with further adjustments made to your watch.

Buying the watch as a gift?

Getting that all important wrist measurement can be a challenge when it’s someone else’s wrist! Taking a measurement whilst the intended recipient is asleep rarely works, we’d suggest you base your measurement on an existing watch they might have, but if you have a better idea please let us know by emailing feedback@time2.co.uk and we’ll post your advice for future customers.

Alternatively, once they’ve received their gift, bring it into one of our shops or concessions along with the despatch note and we’ll happily adjust it for you.
