How does PaybyFinance Work?

1. PaybyFinance is available on all items over £750 and is provided by Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance (UK) with whom we have a commercial relationship.

2. Select your preferred payment plan from the options presented on your chosen product page and complete the subsequent PaybyFinance enquiry form.

3. We’ll send you an illustration of the payment plan with a link to an online credit application form provided by Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance (UK). The form should take no longer that 5 minutes to complete.

4. On completion of your application you will be given an immediate decision on screen.

5. Our online concierge service will then get in touch (by email or phone) to arrange the deposit payment and confirm delivery of your chosen watch.

6. Please note PaybyFinance orders can only be delivered to your home address.

7. Orders will be processed as soon as we’ve received confirmation of your successful credit application and a deposit payment has been processed.

Credit options in-store

We offer the same PaybyFinance facility in our TIME² Westfield store. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this same facility in our other stores at this time.

Item Returns

Please note that in the event that multiple items are bought using the PaybyFinance facility, the full order (i.e. any items bought within a single order which subsequently met the £750 threshold) must be returned. This means that if, for example, you have purchased 3 items but would like to return 1 of those items then all 3 items must be returned back to us in full.

Declined Credit Applications

If your application is declined by Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance (UK), you will be notified within 15 seconds of submitting the online form. You will have the option to print the declined letter which will provide you with an overview of why your application has been cancelled.

You also have the option to request your credit details from Experian for an administrative fee of £2. You will need to post a cheque, along with your name and address details to the address below.

If you still feel unhappy about the decision, you can write to Hitachi Capital Consumer Finance (UK) and request further details about your application. Please clearly state the reason that you are writing and provide your name, address and postcode. Post these details to:
