TIME² Long Acre hosted a fantastic wristwear fashion event last night in partnership with the London Evening Standard, and we were delighted to play host to ES Magazine's Style Director Gianluca Longo who took us through his pick of the current collection.
Uniquely placed to understand the relationship between catwalk fashion and the fashion houses' watch collections, Gianluca highlighted the hot styles causing a stir this summer. Customers were given a guided tour of some of the key pieces from amongst others, Michael Kors, Gucci, U-Boat and ToyWatch Watches. Advising that carefully thought through outfits should be completed by the right watch choice, and that watches not only add the finishing touch but also declare so much about the wearer's personality; Gianluca when asked to pick a favourite, chose to match his classic summer tailoring with a beautiful Tissot Visodate - a modern re-working of a 1957 classic (and coming soon to time2.co.uk)!
