By way of whetting your appetite – I’m very much looking forward to TAG Heuer’s 150th anniversary, if these beautiful re-editions of the Silverstone Chronograph are anything to go by.
Originally created in 1974, the distinctive design with its cushion cut, rounded square shape, and simple, uncluttered chronograph face, perfectly recalls the racing track’s sinuous curves.
Tag are celebrating a double anniversary - 2010 not only marks their 150th anniversary, but also their quarter century association with McLaren F1. We're wondering however, if there's not a third reason to pop a cork or two - with the limited edition Silverstone Chronograph highlighting the recent deal that finally secured the British Grand Prix’s future at the classic race track after years of debate?
