Longines Premier Kate Winslet as their new DolceVita Ambassador

A new set of Longines watches were revealed earlier this week along with a new brand ambassador for the venerated Swiss watch marque.

Longines' premiered their new ambassador in Rome this week as Kate Winslet joined Asian film star Chi Ling Lin and Bollywood icon Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at a star-studded gala evening held at the luxurious Villa Miani overlooking the eternal city. Showing off Longines' latest creations in gold and steel, the Swiss watchmaker's trio of global ambassadors helped launch the latest in the DolceVita line of elegant ladies' watches.

The new additions to the DolceVita collection contrast polished steel with warm yellow or rose gold and feature either a white dial with Arabic numerals, a silvered “flinqué” dial with blue Roman numerals or a white mother-of-pearl dial set with diamonds. Available in 3 sizes with a Swiss Quartz movement, the versions in steel and rose gold also have a white mother-of-pearl dial with arabesque numerals.
