The Marciano brothers were raised in the south of France, a place rooted in passion and the essence of French style.  Their love of the American West combined with a European sensibility became the driving force behind the creation of Guess.

Paul Marciano defined GUESS? with the use of bold black and white photography and the willingness to take emotional and visual risks.  The result has been award-winning campaigns and a celebrated lineage of GUESS? faces which includes: Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell, Anna Nicole Smith, Drew Barrymore, Laetitia Casta, Valeria Mazza and many more.
