Guess’ SS11 advertising campaign channels old school Hollywood glamour in classic, black and white shots inspired by movie legends such as Marilyn Monroe.
The new campaign, for its Guess By Marciano sub-brand, was shot under the creative direction of Guess vice chairman and chief executive Paul Marciano and shot by photographer Alix Malkla. It showcases the season’s must-have fashion pieces including high-waisted pencil skirts, prom style dresses and striking animal print jackets.
Marciano said: “The Guess by Marciano brand is all about iconic elegance and charisma. Working alongside Alix, we were able to tell a story of old Hollywood Glamour mixed with modern day influences that make this collection one that stands out in the marketplace and appeals to today’s consumer.”
The campaign was shot at an historic Aviation center in Malibu.
