Earlier this year, Bell & Ross re-launched its website. Utilising the latest web technologies, it produced a beautiful uncluttered designed site, which showcased its three main categories of watches: Vintage, Aviation and Marine.
Through the use of multimedia, the customer can participate in a virtual web experience - as close as possible to actually shopping. Keen to keep a connection with its customers and to communicate with fans and future customers of the brand, Bell & Ross has redeveloped its Official Forum and relaunched it this month.
Accessible either through the Bell & Ross website or directly via Forum/BellRoss the customer is initially presented with a ‘dashboard’ illustrating a cross-section of activity within the world of Bell & Ross across all forms of social media.
By registering or simply browsing the forum, the members can interact directly with Bell & Ross and other like minded fans of the brand, plus given the popularity of social media, the new forum fully integrates with Facebook, meaning members can register quickly using their Facebook account and share content from the forum to their Facebook wall / status.
In addition to this, the dashboard presents a live feed of Bell & Ross' latest tweets from the Bell & Ross twitter account and highlighted fan photos from its Flickr Feed.
As an incentive to get involved with the forum, each new member is assigned a rank - based on the US Air Force, and as the members interact and contribute more to the forum, their rank will naturally increase.
Central to the new official forum, is Simon Cudd the new Community Ambassador for Bell & Ross. He will be active on the forum, answering questions from fans and working to strengthen the brand by communicating his passion for Bell & Ross via the internet.
