Bell & Ross has announced the appointment of BR-AVO co-founder Simon Cudd as its new community ambassador.
In May, Bell & Ross unveiled a brand new website which had been translated into eleven different languages. After doing so, it launched the hunt for an English-speaking spokesperson online, someone who could help the brand respond to the constantly growing fan community already in place.
Bell & Ross instantly thought of Simon Cudd, co-founder and moderator of Bell & Ross forum www.br-avo.com, the first non-official Bell & Ross website which was established in 2009. Bell & Ross said of the appointment: "In addition to Simon’s excellent command of web tools and social networks, he has been following the Brand for many years and knows it inside-out."
Simon's role will involve promoting experience and sharing within the community, improving community cohesion, discussing his passion and sharing his brand experience with other enthusiasts.
He will also be responsible for identifying and finding fans like himself who wish to receive real-time updates on the brand and for setting up meetings with his fellow community members.
Simon will combine his own brand experience and expectations as an internet user with the exclusive information to which he will now have access, and become the Bell & Ross spokesperson on the internet.
In addition to the virtual world, Simon will also organize meetings in person with fans and collectors around the world.
